This Strategic Plan serves as our roadmap, guiding us towards the future and ensuring that we stay aligned with our mission, vision and values.
Our mission is why we exist, our vision sets our future direction and our values are what we believe. Our Strategic Plan aims to engage our stakeholders and create positive impact in our community.

These are the questions, informed by our history, relationships, strengths and values, that guided ECF’s Board of Directors, staff and community partners in the development of our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan.
We see a future where:
• Solutions to complex community needs and issues are coordinated, collaboratively addressed and funded
• Approaches are in place that support sustainability for the services delivered by charities and non-profits
• The diversity of our city is represented by where funds go and who provides funding
• Positive outcomes are easy to see, articulate and replicate
• Money invested and money granted both do good in the community
• Funding is accessible to community members from all backgrounds
